The comparative studies of the Central Part of the Visual Field (CPVF) by both Color Campimetry (CC), PC - based "Ocular" program, and Automated Static Perimetry ("Perimat"), demonstrate the following:
the strong correlation between the eye bottom condition and the Luminance Sensitivity Thresholds (LST) detected by the Ocular's CC;
the underestimation of the pathological processes by the "Perimat";
the "non obvious" distribution and the extent of the defects in the macular areas detected by the Ocular program.
